During my recent Christmas stay, I found the hotel to be conveniently located near popular shopping areas and restaurants. the friendly staff was always willing to assist me with any questions or needs that I had during my stay. I also appreciated the high-quality amenities offered in my room, including comfortable bedding and access to free Wi-Fi.

On the other hand, I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. the bathrooms were not as clean as I would have expected, and there were a few broken or missing items in my room.
